We were thrilled to make our first appearance in a national newspaper last week. Chris Moss wrote a piece in the Telegraph called “How Easy Is It To Start Your Own Microbrewery?” of which New Lion Brewery was one of the stars. It opened with “My local in Totnes, The Bay Horse, sells a beer called Pandit IPA. It is devastatingly likeable, with an aromatic, fruity nose, a body that is half way to wine, and a drinkableness that belies its 4.9% punch”. “Devastatingly likeable”, we can live with that. The piece also includes insights from a couple of other craft breweries as well as more about us. Great piece, and well worth a read.
