New White Label release: Huell Melon & Amarillo Saison

Today we release the latest in our White Label Series, our Huell Melon & Amarillo Saison.  We’re really rather proud of this one. It is our second attempt at the delicious Saison style.  This time we used Huell Melon & Amarillo hops and made a slight adjustment to the water treatment. This has created a flint dry beer with refreshing carbonation coupled with subtle hop aroma and classic Saison yeast character. Half will be heading into a Sharpham wine barrel with yeast from Find and Foster Cider.  It is available from the Brewery now, limited to 250 bottles.
