We are thrilled to be working with South Sands Boutique Hotel & Beachside Restaurant for an evening that takes place on Thursday 20th October which matches our beers with their delicious and innovative menu. ‘Beer Night’ is a first for us, a collaborative 5 course meal that takes your enjoyment of our beers to a new level. Stout and treacle cured salmon, soda bread, seaweed butter
Pandit IPA
Beer battered lemon sole, curry sauce, cockle vinaigrette, pickled prawns, salt and vinegar gel
Mane Event Bitter
8 hour braised beef cheeks, heritage carrots, soft mash, husbandry herbs
Tea Q9
Tea Q9 rarebit, petit orange salad
Russian Imperial Stout
Damson fruit slice, sorbet and gel
